Junior Product Manager

About the Role

Write feature specifications, manage user stories, and coordinate with the development team on sprint planning for the matrimonial app and website.

Key Responsibilities

• Write detailed feature specs and user stories for app and web development
• Coordinate sprint planning with the development and QA team
• Gather requirements from counsellors, branch managers, and customer support
• Track feature delivery timelines and flag delays to the product manager
• Analyze user behaviour data to identify drop-off points and improvement areas
• Prepare release notes and coordinate feature rollouts with the marketing team

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech/BCA/MBA with 1-3 years in a product or project role
• Basic understanding of agile methodology and sprint-based delivery
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Good communication skills to work across tech and non-tech teams
