About the Role
Write feature specifications, manage user stories, and coordinate with the development team on sprint planning for the matrimonial app and website.
Key Responsibilities
- Write detailed feature specs and user stories for app and web development
- Coordinate sprint planning with the development and QA team
- Gather requirements from counsellors, branch managers, and customer support
- Track feature delivery timelines and flag delays to the product manager
- Analyze user behaviour data to identify drop-off points and improvement areas
- Prepare release notes and coordinate feature rollouts with the marketing team
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech/BCA/MBA with 1-3 years in a product or project role
- Basic understanding of agile methodology and sprint-based delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Good communication skills to work across tech and non-tech teams

Experience: 1-3 years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
