Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Lead product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and own launch planning for major features across the Shubham Mangalam platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for key verticals — matchmaking algorithm, premium plans, verification
• Coordinate across engineering, design, marketing, and operations for feature launches
• Own product metrics and drive improvements in engagement, revenue, and user satisfaction
• Plan and execute phased rollouts for major features across Gujarat and new markets
• Mentor junior product managers and interns on product thinking and execution
• Conduct quarterly product reviews and present to founders and board

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech + MBA with 6-10 years product management experience
• Track record of shipping consumer products that scaled to 50K+ users
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of marketplace or matchmaking product dynamics
• Hands-on with product analytics tools, A/B testing frameworks, and Jira
