About the Role

Own the full marketing strategy for Gujarat — digital, offline, events, and community outreach. Lead the marketing team and deliver registration and revenue targets through marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the complete marketing strategy for Gujarat operations
• Lead a team of marketing executives, designers, and field marketing staff
• Achieve monthly registration targets through combined digital and offline efforts
• Manage overall marketing budget — allocation, tracking, and ROI optimization
• Plan branch launch marketing for new locations opening in Gujarat
• Build strategic tie-ups with community organizations, temples, and event venues
• Present monthly marketing performance and plans to senior management

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA (Marketing) with 6-10 years in marketing leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling service brands through multi-channel marketing
• Experience leading a marketing team of 5+ members
• Deep understanding of Gujarat communities and local marketing dynamics
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
