• Shortlist & present suitable matches with proper reasoning
• Conduct one-to-one & family counselling sessions
• Follow up with clients regularly till marriage is fixed
• Maintain 100% confidentiality & build trust
• Achieve monthly success-ratio & premium membership targets
• Coordinate with background check & marketing team

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent listening & convincing skills
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English
• High emotional intelligence & patience
• Pleasant personality with strong relationship-building ability
• Female candidates preferred
• Local candidate from the same city/district (mandatory)
• Immediate joining preferred
