Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complete marketing strategy for entire Gujarat + PAN India expansion
- Lead digital marketing, ATL/BTL, events, community tie-ups & influencer campaigns
- Build & manage a team of marketing managers, digital experts & field marketing staff
- Achieve aggressive registration & revenue targets through marketing
- Launch new branches & manage branding across 50+ locations in next 3 years
- Tie-ups with caste associations, temples, event organisers & corporate CSR
- Monitor ROI of every campaign and prepare monthly marketing reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of scaling service brands
- Strong hold on Digital Marketing (Meta, Google, SEO, WhatsApp, Instagram)
- Excellent network in Gujarat communities & associations
- Leadership & team-building ability
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills (Gujarati + English + Hindi)
- Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler & valid license
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat frequently
- Immediate joining (max 30 days)
Additional Information
अनुभव: 10-18 years in Marketing / Business Development (Matrimony, Ed-tech, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking or large service industry preferred)
कार्य समय: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) + availability on call
