Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, caste associations & religious groups
- Organize free matrimony seminars, community meets & melavas
- Collect genuine profiles directly from communities and societies
- Coordinate with local pandits, trustees and society office-bearers
- Promote company brand within specific communities
- Achieve monthly profile collection & event targets
- Follow up with community-sourced leads for registration
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent networking & rapport-building ability
- Good communication in Gujarati & Hindi (local dialect knowledge big plus)
- Outgoing personality & comfort in meeting new people daily
- Basic smartphone & WhatsApp usage
- Own two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
- Candidate must belong to the same city/district (mandatory)
- Immediate joining preferred
Additional Information
अनुभव: 1-4 years in community work, event organization, social work or field marketing
कार्य समय: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
