About the Role
Support the product team with user research, feature testing on the app and website, and bug reporting to improve the matchmaking experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Test new features on the mobile app and website before launch
- Document bugs with screenshots and steps to reproduce
- Conduct basic user research — talk to branch counsellors and customers about pain points
- Maintain a feature request tracker from branch feedback
- Assist in preparing wireframes and feature requirement documents
- Attend sprint meetings and help track task progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate with interest in product management or tech
- Basic understanding of how mobile apps and websites work
- Good attention to detail and structured thinking
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets and basic project trackers
Additional Information
Experience: Fresher
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
