Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements & expectations thoroughly
Shortlist & present suitable matches with proper reasoning
Conduct one-to-one & family counselling sessions
Follow up with clients regularly till marriage is fixed
Maintain 100% confidentiality & build trust
Achieve monthly success-ratio & premium membership targets
Coordinate with background check & marketing team

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent listening & convincing skills
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English
High emotional intelligence & patience
Pleasant personality with strong relationship-building ability
Female candidates preferred
Local candidate from the same city/district (mandatory)
Immediate joining preferred

Additional Information

Experience: 1-6 years in counselling / matrimony / customer handling

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
