Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term HR strategy aligned with business expansion plans
- Lead organizational development — restructuring, role clarity, career pathing
- Own leadership and senior management hiring across all departments
- Design compensation and benefits framework as company scales
- Mentor and develop the HR team to handle growing headcount
- Advise founders on people decisions, org design, and workforce planning
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA (HR) with 8-12 years progressive HR experience
- Experience scaling HR function from 100 to 500+ employees
- Strong background in org development and change management
- Ability to partner with founders and CXOs on strategic decisions
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with HR analytics
Additional Information
Experience: 8-12 years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
